About This Role
- Deploy and manage AI platform components including Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and MCP Gateway, ensuring AI security, governance, and compliance.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and backend systems in highly regulated environments, supporting containerized deployments (Docker, OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, monitor platform health (logging, high availability, backup, disaster recovery), and provide operational guidance and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Application Integration.
- Technical lead-level expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, Linux, Containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments, preferably banking or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with containerized systems, enterprise application integration, security, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing AI/ML or GenAI platform deployments with strong security and governance focus.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise APIs/applications within regulated financial services environments using container orchestration and automation.
- Capable of leading technical design and operational support in production environments with a focus on high availability and compliance.
