About This Role
- Own the design, development, testing, and operational stability of back-end microservices-based applications, including Kafka-based event streaming platforms in high-throughput environments.
- Lead evaluation of external and internal technical solutions, drive architecture decisions, and establish coding standards and AI-assisted engineering practices within the team.
- Improve software operational stability by automating issue remediation and enhancing reliability, monitoring, and incident response for distributed systems and streaming data pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java, Springboot, or Node.js, with experience in building microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka event streaming, Apache Spark and/or Apache Flink, scalable SQL and NoSQL databases, and distributed system reliability.
- Experience leading technical architecture decisions, applying AI-assisted software development tools, and knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD, security, and resiliency.

- Demonstrated ability to drive team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering workflows and enforce secure, compliant coding and operational standards.
