About This Role
- Lead the design, selection, and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute a strategic digitization roadmap to drive digital transformation and improve plant efficiency within manufacturing operations.
- Lead automation and instrumentation in greenfield and brownfield capital projects, including Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure upgrades aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and digital systems in regulated industries such as Pharma, Chemicals, or Life Sciences.
- Expertise with MES, EMS, CMMS, OT infrastructure, and system integration with platforms like SAP S/4 HANA, LIMS, QMS, SCADA.
- Willingness to travel extensively (High travel requirement).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years.

- Experienced Subject Matter Expert comfortable working at the intersection of manufacturing, automation, and IT in a regulated CDMO pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven leadership in managing complex capital projects (greenfield and brownfield) involving automation and instrumentation scope.
- Strategic thinker adept at defining and implementing digital transformation roadmaps and aligning them across cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
