About This Role
- Participate in low to moderately complex software engineering projects including installation, upgrades, and deployments.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document technology solutions while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and availability.
- Lead complex initiatives across systems and data flows, define and enforce engineering standards, and drive AI/ML-powered development and cross-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/React, APIs, SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Experience with Ansible-based network and systems automation and familiarity with orchestration platforms such as AAP and Tower beneficial.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, production-grade systems using modern programming languages and frameworks with strong backend automation skills.
- Proficient in AI/ML integration within production workflows, data engineering, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Open Telemetry).
- Demonstrates capability to lead cross-functional technical projects with understanding of secure software development, enterprise architecture, and Agile methodologies.
