About This Role
- Lead reconciliation and resolution of store/DC invoices ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Provide vendor and merchant dispute resolution by researching deductions including shortages, cost differences, markdown reversals, and terms violations.
- Develop process documentation, handle mailbox communications, perform reporting, and support team training and backlog management.
Minimum Requirements
- Commerce degree with focus on Accounting & Finance.
- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Transportation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Access database; hands-on experience with SAP/Mainframe processing systems.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant field.

- Proven leadership experience including mentoring, team communication, and backlog management.
