About This Role
- Design, develop, enhance, and debug software solutions focused on VPN, PKI, and network security subsystems within Linux/Unix-based operating systems.
- Lead project teams involving internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality software solutions.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and documentation, debug issues, and mentor less-experienced engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C/C++ programming, Linux/Unix software development, and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL/TLS) and PKI.

- Experienced in designing and integrating complex network security software systems across multiple platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate development teams, including managing internal and outsourced resources.
- Strong communicator capable of conveying technical designs and negotiating options at management levels.
