About This Role
- Manage inbound and outbound global shipments including booking, shipment tracking, and resolving shipment exceptions such as delays, customs holds, and damages.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international shipping and trade regulations.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for freight and logistics services, assist in freight invoice audits, and monitor carrier performance with support from senior buyers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain with hands-on experience in freight booking and shipment coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift at Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office).
- Proficiency using procurement/ERP systems (e.g. Coupa, Oracle, SAP) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and basic customs documentation.
- Able to work independently on operational logistics tasks with attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and across global time zones in a process-driven, learning-focused environment.
