About This Role
- Execute daily Oracle Transportation Management System (OTMS) processing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with KPIs.
- Identify and resolve process gaps and operational issues, supporting testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement within Global Service Centre (GSC).
- Maintain high-quality customer and vendor master data, support end-to-end process integration, documentation, and coordinate with Project Teams and Global Process Leads.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in OTMS execution and operational processing.
- Experience with process execution, troubleshooting, and meeting operational KPIs.
- Must work night shifts and be based onsite for regular collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable owning day-to-day OTMS operations independently.
- Strong process orientation with understanding of end-to-end workflows, data quality, and testing in transportation management.
- Able to collaborate effectively with global teams and support process standardization and system deployment initiatives.
