About This Role
- Define test strategies based on business requirements and develop/maintain all QA artifacts including test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Lead the execution of integration, system, regression, compatibility, and user acceptance testing phases, including automation within continuous integration processes.
- Coordinate QA activities across teams and act as key QA contact for releases and support, ensuring timely delivery and quality metrics maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in Functional & Automation Testing within Financial Services domain, specifically Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA, Python, Selenium, UFT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, defect tracking tools like RTC or Jira, and test management tools.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant domain and skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex financial services and capital markets testing environments with end-to-end testing ownership.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing practices, capable of integrating test automation into CI pipelines within Agile teams.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including development, business, and project management to deliver quality software solutions.
