About This Role
- End-to-end preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements, regulatory forms, and audit deliverables ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide on-the-job training, oversee work allocation, monitor deadlines and accuracy, and manage risk by enforcing SOPs and client-specific procedures.
- Coordinate between global teams including offshoring partners, handle client issue resolution, support process improvements, and assist in operational changes deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics with Business/Accounting/Finance specialization or equivalent.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and strong technology, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Availability to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with ability to lead team-level tasks and provide coaching.
- Able to manage workload coordination across multiple global stakeholders including offshore teams.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment with exposure to regulatory reporting and audit cycles.
