About This Role
- Lead coordination from pre-sales through initial delivery for large-scale modernization programs across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network & edge domains.
- Own technical solution management including scoping, proof-of-concept framing, assumptions, dependencies, and Statement of Work (SoW) creation and review to ensure deliverables align with commitments.
- Orchestrate cross-tower teams and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery plans to maintain program momentum and meet early milestones.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience leading or coordinating complex, large modernization programs from pre-sales through delivery.
- Strong expertise in application, cloud, mainframe, and network & edge modernization domains with ability to unify components into cohesive solutions.
- Proven skills in technical solution leadership including scoping, PoC framing, assumptions management, and SoW development.
- Strong client communication skills including presentations, storytelling, and value proposition articulation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments and large strategic deals involving multiple platforms and cross-tower execution.
- Operates effectively in hybrid IT estates combining mainframe, distributed, cloud, and network/security modernization efforts.
- Skilled in applying AI-enabled tools and repeatable modernization frameworks to improve execution outcomes, risk management, and delivery predictability at scale.
