About This Role
- Lead client discovery and AI readiness assessments to define clear modernization architectures and implementation roadmaps for legacy applications using agentic AI.
- Design and build target-state cloud-native and AI-native architectures including proofs of concept, pilots, and MVPs demonstrating measurable business value.
- Provide technical leadership across solution scoping, delivery, and advising senior client executives until business outcomes are achieved.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting focused on application architecture and modernization.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade agentic AI applications with expertise in leading open-source agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Deep Python proficiency; experience with integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing advisory roles that bridge technical and executive audiences, with strong skills in pre-sales and technical storytelling.
- Comfortable leading both consultative solutioning and delivery in large-scale modernization or transformation engagements.
- Has a strategic mindset for architecting hybrid cloud and AI-native application solutions, with knowledge of vector databases, embedding pipelines, and RAG architectures.
