About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture and modernization roadmap definition for complex enterprise application modernization challenges using agentic AI.
- Build hands-on technical demos, pilots, or MVPs to prove business value; provide ongoing technical leadership through delivery to ensure outcomes.
- Lead client discovery, workshops, and advise senior executives on modernization and agentic AI adoption aligning business and technical goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting focused on application architecture and modernization.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade agentic AI applications with expertise in frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Deep proficiency in Python; experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, APIs, data lakes); knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures.

- Experienced technical architect comfortable in client-facing roles delivering measurable business outcomes in modernization projects involving AI and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong advisory and storytelling skills capable of engaging both technical teams and senior executives.
