About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and compliance.
- Lead RFQ management, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, Finance, and other teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and provide procurement analytics and continuous improvement support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP MM for RFQ creation, PO processing, and procurement operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiation within shared services, BPO, manufacturing, IT procurement, or indirect procurement.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting for spend analysis and KPI tracking.
- Capable of managing supplier relationships including performance reviews, risk escalation, and coordinating with strategic sourcing teams.
