About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-related initiatives including data science, machine learning, GenAI, personalization, and campaign optimization within a regulated industry context (preferably banking/financial services).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, data, risk, compliance, security, vendors, and operations teams using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models to execute digital transformation and automation projects.
- Translate customer and business needs into analytical use cases, segmentation strategies, campaign requirements, structured delivery plans, and measurable outcomes while managing multiple parallel AI initiatives and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management or technology delivery focusing on digital transformation, data, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
- Experience with data science or machine learning concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, MLOps, model evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Experienced in managing AI/ML and automation projects within a complex, regulated environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management across diverse teams.
- Skilled at bridging technical AI/ML concepts with business needs and measurable impact, including use case development and campaign optimization.
- Comfortable working with a variety of project management and AI platforms/tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Azure AI, and with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or AI-related certifications.
