About This Role
- Deploy, manage, and support AI platform components like Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and Gateways.
- Design, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, OpenShift), ensuring high availability, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Lead platform integration with enterprise applications and APIs, applying infrastructure as code, security, and operational best practices while providing technical troubleshooting and support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Application Integration with technical lead-level expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, Linux, Containers, and CI/CD.
- Proven experience managing production enterprise applications, containerized and distributed systems, and integration of enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Langfuse deployment, NeMo Guardrails implementation, MCP Server/Gateway administration, Python development, REST APIs, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments (preferably banking or financial services sector).

- Senior platform engineer capable of leading technical deployment and support of AI/ML platforms integrating with enterprise ecosystems.
- Experienced with container orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes), CI/CD automation, and platform security in production environments.
- Comfortable working within regulated environments, especially banking or financial services, implying strong compliance and governance orientation.
