About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cloud, DevOps, and ITSM programs ensuring quality, timelines, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; lead governance meetings including status reviews and steering committees with clients.
- Oversee cloud migration, DevOps tool adoption, ITSM operations, team leadership, and client stakeholder engagement to drive scalable and reliable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT delivery or program management with at least 5 years in cloud and DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location: Chennai - Hybrid; Shift: 3 AM to 12 PM PST

- Experienced managing fixed-bid and time-material engagements with distributed onshore and offshore teams in a consulting or professional services setting.
- Strong ability to engage with client leadership through governance and executive communications, driving account growth opportunities.
- Technical savvy with hands-on knowledge of cloud architectures, DevOps pipelines, ITSM best practices, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
