About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close for multiple markets and legal entities in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve financial service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation initiatives, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and lead a team of finance professionals.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills; Good written and spoken English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in finance service delivery within multinational or matrix organisations.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with finance transformation, ERP implementations, process automation (RPA), analytics/reporting tools like Power BI, and audit readiness frameworks.
