About This Role
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly global management financial reports for assigned entities, ensuring on-time submission.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Support reporting automation and process improvements, including updates to ERP, dashboards, and reporting tools, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India, requiring regular onsite collaboration with agreed remote workdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability in preparing reconciliations, variance analysis, and clear management commentary supporting business reviews and leadership decisions.
- Experience working with shared service centres or managing third-party providers and familiarity with internal control frameworks or audits is preferred.
- Exposure to finance transformation projects, ERP migrations, and reporting/analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL enhances suitability.
