About This Role
- Own end-to-end development, quality, and timely delivery of features on a complex automotive CRM platform using Angular 18+, NodeJS, and related front-end/back-end technologies.
- Perform code reviews, mentor a team of 3-4 developers, and collaborate cross-functionally with QA, product, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure release readiness.
- Contribute to design and architecture of new features, automation of operational tasks, and support system upgrades and production troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with Angular 18+, NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, Microservices, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4.
- Experience with tools like GIT, TFS, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines (ADO).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable with complex design, high-performance architecture, and distributed teams.
- Capable of mentoring developers, conducting root cause analysis, and improving software development processes.
- Familiarity with AI tools for debugging/development and ability to design flexible, extensible software systems.
