About This Role
- Drive the quality assurance of software development throughout the lifecycle with emphasis on test automation implementation and execution.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using frameworks like TestNG and Selenium to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams, mentoring members on automation and continuously improving test coverage and QA processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Software QA/Automation Engineer.
- Proficient programming/scripting skills in any language, preferably Java.
- Experience with automated testing tools (TestNG, Selenium), RESTful and SOAP web services testing, and familiarity with CI/CD tools integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working within agile development environments focusing on automated QA processes.
- Strong background in testing ETL, BI, SaaS products, and backend APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Able to work collaboratively across time zones with teams in US, Europe, and India, providing automation expertise and innovation in QA methodologies.
