About This Role
- Oversee managed services delivery to ensure client IT infrastructure remains operational and contractual SLAs are met.
- Provide technical support for escalated, complex incidents and lead automation initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Coach and manage engineering teams, drive service improvement initiatives, and engage with clients on technical operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computing, or related field required.
- Solid experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams in IT services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in continual service improvement, organizational change management, and domain expertise in Network, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, or Data Center.
- Workplace type: Hybrid; ITIL certification is desirable but not mandatory.
