About This Role
- Develop and coordinate statistical programming solutions including programming, testing, and documentation of statistical tables, figures, listings, and analysis databases for complex studies.
- Lead and manage programming projects including integration of databases, development of new technologies, and process improvements, acting as statistical team lead for single or multiple complex studies.
- Oversee project scope, budget, resource forecasts, and provide training and guidance to junior staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Base SAS, SAS Graph, and SAS Macro Language.
- Knowledge of statistics, programming, and clinical drug development process.
- Work Experience Required: 7-8 years in statistical programming or related domain.

- Experienced in leading complex clinical study statistical programming projects with responsibility for technical solutions and project management.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
