About This Role
- End-to-end ownership of statutory audits for assigned legal entities, working closely with external auditors.
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards including IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP.
- Standardisation and automation of audit schedules and processes across scope entities.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 6+ years experience as a financial analyst or controller; experience in multiple finance functions preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, statutory reporting, and audit standards including US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP.
- Strong technical aptitude with accounting systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience driving statutory audits in compliance with local regulatory requirements for diverse legal entities.
- Ability to independently identify issues, propose solutions, and support policy and process improvements in statutory reporting.
- Previous exposure to BIG 4 or large audit firms is a plus, indicating familiarity with complex audit environments and standards.
