About This Role
- Lead retail target planning and manage performance goals quarterly and monthly across franchisee network.
- Conduct sell-through analysis and drive merchandise performance planning with operational advice to franchisees to improve sales and store metrics.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining brand standards, managing staff, and optimizing store commercial performance through smart space, stock, and visual merchandising management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of retail operations experience with hands-on store-level exposure, preferably in large-format retail or franchisee apparel stores.
- Strong analytical skills for sell-through analysis, merchandise planning, and sales improvement strategies.
- Experience in managing franchisee operations and retail target planning at monthly/quarterly levels.
- Job Location: Jaipur.
