About This Role
- Participate in development and implementation of new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities, conduct testing/debugging, and recommend programming solutions.
- Advise or coach junior analysts and serve as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders with limited supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Java development and related technologies.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot/Cloud, Microservices, Messaging services (e.g., Active MQ/Kafka), CI/CD, PL/SQL (Oracle preferred), JavaScript, React/Angular JS, Bitbucket, No-SQL tools (e.g., Redis).
- Knowledge in Gen-AI, Large Language Models (e.g., Gemini), and Agentic AI preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end application development with cloud and microservices architectures using Java ecosystem.
- Capable of independently analyzing, designing, and implementing secure applications with mentoring responsibilities.
- Familiar with emerging AI technologies and able to integrate them into existing systems while managing risk and compliance.
