About This Role
- Develop and implement a learning content strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
- Manage content development roadmap, deliverables, and team productivity for process-specific, role-based learning materials.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, HR, and clients to validate content and ensure compliance with standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience leading content development teams and creating E-Learning/ILT/Video-based learning content.
- Minimum 3 years experience developing content strategy and collaborating to solve complex challenges.
- Proficient with content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate), LMS, and knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
- Graduate degree required.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication for content strategy alignment.
- Skilled in leveraging instructional design models and adult learning principles to create engaging, effective training modules.
- Familiar with integrating AI, analytics, and gamification to enhance learning effectiveness and evaluation.
