About This Role
- Partner with Plant Director and leadership to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives and achieve scorecard KPI targets.
- Drive plant-wide Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting, identify cost drivers, prepare budgets, and lead cost-saving initiatives to meet savings targets.
- Provide financial support and simulations for investment projects enabling data-driven decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or ICWA.
- 10–12 years of experience in a similar finance business partnering role within a manufacturing setup.
- Strong expertise in costing, plant accounting, FP&A, and financial analysis relevant to manufacturing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing financial processes and governance in manufacturing environments, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with plant leadership to influence operational and financial performance improvements.
- Skilled in interpreting and assessing impact of new operating models and capital investments on business financials.
