About This Role
- Lead and maintain high-quality lease abstractions ensuring 100% data accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Support project management activities and coordinate daily deliverables with project manager.
- Mentor and train junior analysts while driving continuous process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 - 9 years of experience in lease abstraction, real estate administration, or legal documentation review.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with lease abstraction platforms and real estate databases (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Lucernex, Visual Lease, CoStar).
- Strong document interpretation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in BPM or client-driven service delivery environments handling diverse geographical portfolios.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and handle multiple complex leases under tight deadlines with consistent quality.
- Familiarity with global lease portfolios, multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks, and knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) is a plus.
