About This Role
- Manage the lean portfolio of Digital Workplace Experience domain, including demand intake, prioritisation framework ownership, and sequencing delivery against strategy, capacity, and dependencies.
- Provide portfolio reporting, forecasting, and transparency to domain and enterprise leadership, applying flow metrics and OKR tracking to steer delivery and value realisation.
- Run domain portfolio governance forums, coordinate supplier and managed service demand, and use AI tools to support portfolio analysis and forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience with 6-8 years in portfolio management, PMO or delivery management, including minimum 2 years at domain or programme-level portfolio responsibility.
- Degree in technology, engineering, business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical experience with lean or agile portfolio management beyond traditional project reporting.
- Experience managing demand intake with a single route, sequencing cross-platform delivery with dependencies, and managing portfolios involving supplier delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in lean portfolio management within complex technology domains, particularly End User Computing, Mobile Device Management, and Productivity & Collaboration.
- Skilled in analytical structuring of demand, cost, and capacity data across multiple platforms, and adept at facilitating senior stakeholder governance and planning sessions.
- Proven ability to orchestrate delivery across internal teams and external suppliers, applying AI-enabled analytics and maintaining consistent portfolio standards aligned to strategic OKRs.
