About This Role
- Manage quality assurance processes for Accelya's airline software platform including designing and executing test plans across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or RestAssured, including use of AI-powered testing platforms for intelligent automation and visual testing.
- Lead defect triage and root cause analysis, contribute to CI/CD pipeline quality gates, and promote shift-left testing and TDD/BDD practices with development teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in quality assurance with hands-on test automation expertise.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or RestAssured.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI-powered testing tools (Testim AI, Mabl, Applitools) and generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance test automation efficiency and documentation.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipeline integration and API/performance testing within mission-critical airline software environments.
- Knowledgeable about airline software quality requirements and industry standards, with understanding of leading airline technology providers' QA approaches.
