About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, governed BI solutions focusing on performance optimization and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with global teams using agile methods to enable data-driven decision-making across operations and finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in Power BI development including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- 5+ years experience with SQL, relational databases, and dimensional modeling (star schema).
- Experience with enterprise data sources such as Azure SQL, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing large-scale, governed Power BI solutions optimized for performance and refresh efficiency.
- Proficient in translating complex business KPIs (operations, finance) into actionable analytical solutions with a data-first mindset.
- Familiar with data governance, metadata/documentation maintenance, and agile delivery in global collaborative environments.
