About This Role
- Research, design, and develop novel Deep Learning and Neural architectures beyond Transformers, including State Space Models, Liquid Neural Networks, and Hybrid approaches.
- Build and optimize Agentic AI systems and Recursive Reasoning Engines aimed at solving complex software engineering tasks with improved effectiveness, traceability, and efficiency.
- Design experiments and benchmarks to validate hypotheses and translate research into scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Minimum Requirements
- M.Tech./M.S./Ph.D. in AI/ML or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Applied AI Research.
- Strong experience with PyTorch or JAX and hands-on model development.
- Foundational knowledge in Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Optimization, and Deep Learning algorithms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to implement, reproduce, and extend research papers by building neural architectures from scratch.
- Experienced in rigorous experimental design, model evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Comfortable tackling open-ended research problems and advancing next-generation AI architectures beyond standard Transformers.
