About This Role
- Own development, maintenance, and implementation of cloud security technical standards such as STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, and secure configuration baselines.
- Assess and validate cloud security controls and produce audit-defensible evidence packages including manual validation where automation is unavailable.
- Provide regular status reporting on deliverables, issues, and risks to ensure technical accuracy and governance compliance within cloud security frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in information security, cloud security, security architecture, or related fields.
- Strong practical experience in at least two of these cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure.
- Experience with cloud security standards development and control assessment including familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001, and zero trust principles.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum seven years relevant experience explicitly mentioned. Location: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical cloud security governance, control engineering, and security policy within regulated environments, preferably financial services.
- Skilled at converting complex cloud security provider documentation into concise, testable, auditable security requirements and controls.
- Able to manage multiple deliverables independently in an Agile environment, demonstrating strong technical writing, stakeholder management, and issue escalation capabilities.
