About This Role
- Own coordination and management of enterprise remediation activities related to audits, regulatory reviews, risk and compliance programs including development of remediation plans and milestone schedules.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, governance presentations, and audit-ready evidence packages to track remediation progress and closures.
- Ensure timely identification and escalation of risks, blockers, and dependencies while maintaining stakeholder accountability throughout remediation lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, governance, remediation management, risk management, audit support, or related disciplines.
- Strong skills in developing and maintaining remediation plans, issue and risk logs, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint or comparable collaboration and reporting tools.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years as specified in job description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries with knowledge of cybersecurity, technology risk, and control-management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with governance, workflow, evidence, and reporting platforms like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Archer, Azure DevOps, or Power BI.
