About This Role
- Strategize and drive collections, managing overdue recovery and delinquency control for the assigned region.
- Set up and manage telecalling operations, ensuring compliance with collection processes and key performance indicators.
- Design and implement compliance, controls, and collections processes including customer segmentation, treatment analysis, and reviewing portfolio performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in collections.
- Mandatory experience in New Age NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech sectors.
- Must have experience in vendor management and working knowledge of dialer operations.
- Education: MBA or Graduate and above.

- Experienced in handling delinquent portfolio with strong decision-making under pressure.
- Familiar with designing and executing collection strategies aligned with regulatory guidelines.
