About This Role
- Own and architect the end-to-end Snowflake platform including account topology, schemas, warehouses, environments, and security architecture.
- Design and implement scalable data models and ETL/ELT pipelines for Commercial Real Estate domains integrating diverse data sources such as Salesforce CRM, APIs, and market data feeds.
- Establish data engineering standards, platform monitoring, FinOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and lead architecture reviews and mentorship for data engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 11+ years of experience with extensive hands-on expertise in Snowflake architecture, data platform engineering, and enterprise data solutions.
- Strong advanced SQL skills, Python programming, and working knowledge of Azure Data Factory; experience with dimensional modeling, Data Vault, and ETL/ELT architecture.
- Experience with Snowflake security features (RBAC, masking policies, row access policies) and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and PII protection.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale Snowflake deployments specifically supporting Commercial Real Estate data domains and multi-team collaboration.
- Technical design authority comfortable with architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices across data engineering.
- Skilled in integrating Snowflake with BI tools, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and implementing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for data platform management.
