About This Role
- Conduct end-to-end Right to Work (RTW) compliance checks for UK candidates including document validation and supplier follow-up via calls and emails.
- Maintain compliance records, support audit processes, and handle administrative tasks such as management information (MI) and supplier communications.
- Drive case-by-case resolution of compliance issues to ensure adherence to UK RTW regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 6 years.
- Knowledge of UK Right to Work (RTW) compliance is mandatory.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should be currently working in Noida/Delhi.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in compliance roles preferably within healthcare sector, especially NHS, but candidates with non-health UK compliance or international compliance experience considered.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a target-driven, highly productive environment involving document validation and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage supplier interactions and support audits efficiently.
