About This Role
- Own and evolve AWS infrastructure focusing on Kubernetes on EKS, networking, identity management, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Design, deploy, and manage systems enabling reliable software delivery across engineering teams with measurable improvements in reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Establish observability, handle production troubleshooting and on-call escalations, and drive continuous infrastructure improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes production deployments and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure components (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, etc.) and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Go, Python, Bash) and experience in on-call rotations with incident response.

- Experienced in managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS with a strong focus on security, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Comfortable balancing strategic infrastructure planning with operational excellence and pragmatic trade-offs.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with developers and leadership, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools for enhanced productivity.
