About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for analytics and reporting on key treasury finance metrics including liquidity, funding, and risk management.
- Oversee data quality, controlled processes, and compliance with risk management requirements while driving implementation of complex treasury projects.
- Own stakeholder engagement and executive communication for treasury reporting; act as primary escalation point and influence senior management discussions on risk and strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of treasury experience, including exposure to liquidity, IRRBB, and capital management in the EMEA region.
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience with EMEA regulatory and treasury frameworks such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Asset-Liability Management (ALMM), PRA 110, and internal liquidity stress testing.
- Technical skills in Alteryx, Power BI, or Python are advantageous; degree and certification requirements include CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or FRM.
