About This Role
- Lead and build a team of designers, researchers, and creative technologists focused on solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions for Kyndryl Vital India.
- Drive customer engagements at the CEO and C-suite level, providing strategic insights and leading service design and blueprinting efforts that result in experience-based roadmaps for technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical strategists, customers, and partners to identify high-potential projects and influence ways of working locally and globally in a start-up environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in human-centered design, design research, design strategy, and service design.
- Degree in Design (e.g., M/BDes, MFA/BFA, HCI, Interaction Design) required.
- Demonstrated experience working with C-suite and CEO level stakeholders.
- Proven track record in design leadership, including team recruitment and management.
