About This Role
- Assist in developing and implementing EHS/ESG management system components including legal registers and compliance calendars.
- Support preparation and maintenance of EHSS permits, plans, programs, and digital compliance platforms like Cority, Enablon, Sphera, or Intelex.
- Maintain quality and timelines of assigned compliance tasks, collaborate with global teams, and support data handling and documentation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational health and safety, information systems, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Typically 1+ years of relevant experience in EHS/ESG management systems, compliance, environmental management, or related area.
- Basic understanding of EHS/ESG software tools implementation and compliance frameworks such as ISO 14001/45001.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with EHS/ESG platforms and regulatory frameworks is expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has practical exposure to EHS/ESG management systems and regulatory compliance work, ideally within consulting or a corporate EHS environment.
- Capable of handling data, documentation, and compliance tracking using digital platforms and tools.
- Able to work collaboratively on global projects with a detail-oriented, process-driven approach alongside senior consultants.
