About This Role
- Lead multiple teams of data scientists and engineers to develop AI/ML competitive intelligence products impacting eCommerce and Marketplace growth.
- Provide technical and business thought leadership translating business requirements into data science initiatives that deliver actionable insights.
- Coach and develop talent in data domains and analytic capabilities supporting the business function.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of data science experience with hands-on technical expertise and leadership.
- Proven programming skills across big data and ML engineering stacks.
- Work Experience Required: At least 7-9 years in analytics or related field with supervisory experience (per preferred qualification options).
