About This Role
- Lead technical strategy and operational reliability for enterprise-scale AI platforms, cloud-native systems, and production applications.
- Own operational excellence including SLO/SLA management, incident leadership, automation to reduce toil, and resiliency engineering.
- Provide technical leadership for AI-powered applications and oversee AI operations, governance, and risk management across multiple products and teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Platform or Cloud Engineering, or Production Operations.
- Proven experience with large-scale enterprise production environments and operational improvements.
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and reliability engineering practices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including non-standard hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in distributed systems architecture with strong focus on operational supportability, scalability, security, and resilience.
- Proven leader in driving reliability, automation, and SRE practices across multiple engineering teams in regulated or complex environments.
- Technical strategist capable of influencing engineering roadmaps, handling high-severity incidents, and mentoring technical teams on AI platform operations and cloud-native technologies.
