About This Role
- Generate corporate training business by making 60-80 outbound cold calls daily to HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
- Qualify B2B leads via multiple channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and databases; schedule meetings for Business Development Managers and manage full sales pipeline in CRM.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with delivery teams, maintain sales reports, and achieve monthly lead generation, meetings, and revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree required, MBA preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in corporate/B2B or EdTech corporate sales.
- Location: Work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka (St Mark’s Rd).
- Skills: Experience in B2B inside sales/tele-sales; knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience operating in a high-volume outbound B2B sales environment with strong lead generation and objection handling skills.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end sales processes including CRM pipeline management and coordination with delivery teams.
- Familiarity with corporate training, workshops, or learning solutions sales, preferably within the EdTech or corporate training domain.
