About This Role
- Lead integration and enhancement of application support functions by partnering with multiple technology teams to meet goals.
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to define system scope, document requirements, and recommend solutions for high-impact application issues.
- Provide technical expertise, lead production incident management, advise on risk mitigation and disaster recovery, and coach lower-level analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application support or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in OpenShift, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
