About This Role
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable Android Cuttlefish virtual device environments for platform development and automated testing.
- Scale and manage Android virtual device farms across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-premises infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate virtual devices with regression, integration, performance, and compatibility testing frameworks while troubleshooting Android platform, networking, and virtualization issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Android platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or virtualization.
- Strong expertise in Android Open Source Project (AOSP), Android Cuttlefish, and Android Emulator technologies.
- Proficiency with Linux administration, virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling Android device farms and automated testing frameworks with strong operational knowledge of cloud-native technologies.
- Skilled at integrating and managing Android virtual devices for large-scale OS validation, performance testing, and automated regression.
- Comfortable with automation scripting (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools to drive continuous integration in Agile environments.
