About This Role
- Drive analytical projects to generate actionable business insights and influence decision-making across Swiggy's value chain.
- Define, track, and improve key business metrics to evaluate health and performance, including building automated alert systems for proactive measures.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to improve data accuracy and analytics instrumentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- 3.5-5 years of hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with RDBMS and Business Intelligence tools; must have strong SQL query-writing skills.
- Basic understanding of statistics and modeling is required.

- Experienced in designing and implementing analytical solutions to improve business outcomes like order value and conversion rates.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, business, and data engineering teams to improve data quality and measurement frameworks.
