About This Role
- Own the product vision, backlog, and outcomes for how 50,000+ employees access and use devices across multiple countries, focusing on mobile estate (iOS, Android, corporate-owned, BYOD, and specialised devices).
- Prioritise and manage a product backlog balancing new features, technical debt, security, compliance, and user experience improvements, driving adoption and measurable value outcomes.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholder relationships across business units, security, finance, and technology, ensuring product decisions are evidence-based and delivery aligned to strategic goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience with 12+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with genuine backlog authority.
- Experience owning product or service delivery for 10,000+ users across multiple countries, specifically in end user computing, digital workplace, or mobile device management with enterprise MDM/UEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; product ownership certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) are desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally ~10–15%; fluent English; experience managing senior and conflicting global stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record owning cross-functional agile backlogs in scaled delivery environments with measurable product outcomes (adoption, experience, cost/effort savings).
- Strong familiarity with mobile device management strategies across varied device types including frontline, field, clinical, lab, and manufacturing devices in regulated industries is preferred.
- Ability to influence and negotiate among diverse stakeholders (security, finance, engineering, regional teams) using data-driven prioritisation and outcome measurement.
