Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own the product vision, backlog, and outcomes for end user services and mobile device management serving 50,000+ employees across multiple countries, focusing on iOS and Android devices including BYOD and specialized devices.
- Balance competing demands from employees, Security, and Finance by prioritizing a defensible product backlog that improves adoption, effort saved, and user experience rather than just feature delivery.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage dependencies across squads, engage stakeholders, and oversee adoption metrics and change management for mobile device solutions including vendor and carrier relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years overall work experience with at least 12 years in technology delivery and 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with genuine backlog authority.
- Direct hands-on product ownership in end user computing, digital workplace, or enterprise mobile device management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
- Experience managing products serving 10,000+ users across multiple countries in a scaled agile delivery environment with measurable outcomes (adoption, experience, cost).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; product ownership certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) and willingness to travel internationally 10-15% times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating tensions between user experience, security controls, and cost constraints in a global matrixed organization.
- Strong in data-driven prioritization using user research, telemetry, and ticket analysis to define backlog and measure product success.
- Skilled at stakeholder management across business units, regions, and functions, capable of influencing without authority and defending prioritization decisions under pressure.
